We’re seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead a small service crew while performing roof inspections, troubleshooting leaks, and completing repairs and preventive maintenance. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, developing others, and delivering quality work.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and train assigned service technicians or helpers while working alongside them.

• Inspect commercial roofs, locate leak sources, and recommend appropriate repairs.

• Perform repairs and maintenance on systems such as TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, BUR, and roof coatings.

• Identify and repair common issues involving seams, flashings, penetrations, drainage, and roof transitions.

• Complete work according to manufacturer requirements and company quality standards.

• Help determine labor and material needs and provide information for small repair estimates.

• Document roof conditions, repairs, labor, and materials through photos and daily service reports.

• Communicate professionally with customers about findings, completed work, and next steps.

• Keep the service vehicle, tools, and materials organized and ready for daily assignments.

• Follow and reinforce company safety procedures, fall protection requirements, and safe roof access practices.

What You Bring

• Commercial roofing experience with practical knowledge of low-slope roofing installation, repair, or maintenance.

• Experience leading a crew or training others; experienced roofers ready to move into a foreman role are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to troubleshoot roofing problems and complete dependable repairs.

• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet for photos, work orders, and daily reporting.

• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.

• Ability to travel to local customer sites and work outdoors at heights.

• Service, leak repair, and repair estimating experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
