Nations Roof is seeking a sales professional to grow our commercial roofing business within an assigned territory. You’ll identify new opportunities, build relationships with building owners and facility decision makers, and help customers find the right solutions for their roofing needs.

This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying opportunities, developing relationships, and closing profitable work. You’ll partner with estimating, service, and operations teams on technical assessments and proposals, then coordinate a clear handoff when a project is sold.

What you’ll do

• Develop new business through outreach, networking, referrals, and customer meetings.

• Sell commercial roofing service, repairs, and re-roofing projects.

• Build relationships with local, regional, and multi-location customers.

• Work with internal teams to develop proposals that meet customer needs and profitability goals.

• Manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate CRM records.

What you bring

• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, including sales in commercial construction, facility services, or a similar field selling to building owners and business decision makers.

• A track record of prospecting, winning new business, and growing customer accounts.

• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Commercial roofing sales experience preferred.
